Tian Xiliang, a senior engineer, has made some contributions to the production, development and application technology of activated carbon. Mainly developed and organized the production of Huo garratt agent (anti-carbon monoxide preparation) to fill the gap in China, and compiled the drying agent technology and teaching materials for military drug filtration filling materials. And hired as a chemical defense consultant in North University of China. Participated in the development of FX-type anti-aging filter materials for naval vessels for 20 years, and achieved success and applied to various vessels; Developed special products for desulfurization and denitrification activated carbon with Japanese technicians to fill the gap in China; Developed RO membrane and reverse osmosis membrane for water treatment with Korean technicians to improve filtration efficiency and prolong service life; The application of briquetted activated carbon in deepening purification of drinking water was developed.

Zhang Xu, a researcher-level senior engineer, is the main drafter of GB/T 7701, GB/T 7702, GB/T 30201 and GB/T 30202 national standards for products and test methods of coal-based activated carbon. It has rich experience and practical achievements in activated carbon detection, activated carbon production and activated carbon application research. Engaged in activated carbon work for more than 50 years, and is still undertaking scientific research projects in the activated carbon industry. He is the director of the first-class anti-chemical metering station of national defense science, technology and industry, and a member of the activated carbon professional Committee of the Chinese Academy of Military Engineering.

Cai Fang graduated from Taiyuan Institute of Machinery in 1982, majoring in chemical engineering. In 1993, he was qualified as a national lawyer and engaged in lawyer practice and in 1988, he was qualified as a national enterprise legal adviser. He has been employed as an arbitrator of Taiyuan Arbitration Commission since 2009. He has nearly 30 years of practice experience in legal affairs of lawyers and enterprises. Has participated in all litigation and non-litigation legal affairs of the company, including foreign investment and financing, enterprise restructuring and so on. Lawyer Cai Fang has rich experience in corporate litigation and non-litigation legal affairs. During his tenure as an arbitrator of Taiyuan Arbitration Commission, he participated in the trial of a large number of arbitration cases. In recent years, he has served as a member of the Construction Professional Committee of Taiyuan Arbitration Commission, the chief arbitrator and the sole arbitrator

Li Huaizhu graduated from Hefei University of Technology in 1982. In 2017, he was appointed as an off-campus postgraduate tutor by Tsinghua University. In 2019, he won the special prize of scientific and technological progress from the Ministry of Education and the National Society of Environmental Protection Industry, and in 2021, he won the first prize of national scientific and technological progress. In 2002, he was hired as a researcher-level senior engineer by China Ordnance Group. For forty years, he has been engaged in the production and technical application of coal-based activated carbon, the regeneration and promotion of activated carbon, and has made profound achievements in the research and application of activated carbon adsorbent materials. He has participated in the drafting, investigation and compilation of the national standard of "coal-based granular activated carbon" as the main person in charge, and obtained more than 20 national invention patents and utility model patents in activated carbon and adsorption, catalyst and protective chemistry, detection and analysis.
