Consolidate Professional Foundations and Hone Business Capabilities | Our Company Organizes Regular Special Training on Activated Carbon Expertise

To continuously improve all employees’ professional and technical literacy, consolidate the foundation of business capabilities, better serve customer demands in oil refining, water purification, waste gas treatment and other fields, and boost the full-chain business performance of sales, technology, commercial affairs and bidding, our company has established a regular business learning mechanism and periodically organizes internal special training sessions on activated carbon. Personnel from the Business Department, Technology Department, Commercial Department and other relevant positions participated in the study and exchanges.

Integrating theories with business practices, this training systematically covered comprehensive technical knowledge of activated carbon. The lecture content included product characteristics of various activated carbon types (coal-based granular, extruded, honeycomb and wood-based carbon); it focused on interpreting core technical indicators such as iodine adsorption value, methylene blue value, CTC carbon tetrachloride adsorption rate, butane working capacity, hardness, ash content and water-soluble matter. It also analyzed key points of national and industrial standards including GB/T7701, GB/T7702, GB50759-2012 and DB31/T451-2021, and differentiated activated carbon selection for different application scenarios such as waste gas treatment, oil and gas recovery, oil product purification and drinking water treatment.

Meanwhile, combining abundant practical project cases, the training sorted out common pitfalls in bidding work, including technical parameter preparation, standard specification citation, qualification verification of water-related products, distinction between regenerated carbon and virgin carbon, interpretation of test reports, customer technical inquiry response and on-site technical coordination. All participants discussed technical questions encountered in previous projects and various technical challenges raised by customers. Staff actively shared project experience, analyzed root causes of problems and jointly explored solutions based on their own job responsibilities, creating a strong atmosphere of learning technology and mastering business skills.

All participants commented that regular professional training closely aligns with actual job requirements. It helps consolidate theoretical knowledge and remedy business weaknesses, providing strong guidance for responding to customer needs, preparing bidding documents and conducting technical communication. The training further clarified the logic of activated carbon selection under different working conditions, enabling staff to more accurately identify customers’ real demands, avoid technical risks in projects, and deliver more professional and reliable technical solutions for clients.
